Connie was a member of Victoria Police for more than 12 years before stepping away to focus on raising her 2 children.
She has great interpersonal communication skills, time management skills and is able to read people and situations very quickly.
The biggest lessons she has learnt in life from her traditional Macedonian-Greek upbringing which is grown around the love and loyalty of family, comes from the strength and wisdom of her parents, the optimism of her children and a belief in the importance of a respectful and inclusive culture.
She understands the value of working as part of a cohesive team as well as being able to function effectively on her own when required and demonstrates great leadership to her employees in stressful and tenuous situations.
